Returning to thread after long absence - hello again all :)

    Some easy options

    - buy an Amazon e-voucher and credit your Amazon account - can then spend in dribs and drabs over 10 years !!

    - use TopCashBack to buy gift cards - only a few available but M&S is a useful one and get 5% cashback

I wonder if they are trying to close the glitch where it gives you an apg if they don't have the item or substitute it. I lost some apg's during the cobra days but never chased them up because they didn't have the stock and had no subs on my order so really wasn't entitled to them.

From what they told me this has nothing to do with glitching or subs. It's purely a system error affecting ALL shoppers relating to unused vouchers in your basket and vouchers in accounts where denominations have been changed due to updates ie receiving more vouchers.
When additional vouchers are added to those already there they sometimes change denomination and a new expiry date is added, but this appears to be dropping out.

The CSA second guessed the nature of my complaint even before I'd given full details due to the high volume of queries from account holders.
Let's not start second guessing conspiracy theories that they're on a mission to stop our fun ;)
