Lovely evening getting pished with my work mates and I've just come home and opened a letter telling me I'm going to receive a large PPI refund. Totally wasn't expecting them to uphold the complaint. I'm so happy I could burst

Sorry all over the place now as younger sis just called me to say she is going to bring Mum home tommorow without agency back up as she feels guilty. Told her to wait till Tuesday when all in place but she does not seem to be listening.
