Having seen a picture of the bowl on the A website, they look a bit disappointing to me? I don't know what I was expecting it to be or look like, but I suspect people are using them on further occasions to make the cat food much cheaper and why not!?!:D
Nope, im using mine to serve cashew nuts on“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I suspect part of it depends on whether it's old or 'new' system of registration under the Land Registration Act 2002, but what do I know?:( I'd have to look it all up and research it and, unfortunately, it wouldn't be an issue I'd want to stick my neck out on, as it's a matter for 'professional advice' (which I'm not).:)
[Edit: :think:Surely Land Registry 'customer services' should be able to provide some answer to this, or otherwise some direction, free of charge? Or whatever the cost of your call plan is - hopefully inclusive calls.] I bet there are knowledgeable people that read this thread that know the answers straight off though!
I thought the bank would have sent me a letter concerning the final payment in May...but no letter received yet :eek:0 -
fC, if you missed it before, that program about the older bloke who had never flown, and landed that plane, is just starting on the tv now.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I know I was a spoilt only child and feel a bit spoilt today that I have been sole beneficiary in name but both my parents taught me the joy of sharing. They were both very generous with their time and would never see anyone go short if they could help.
I have had to discuss making a will with Mr TS and luckily he is ok with what I want to do, he says he will be fine. So that needs to be sorted asap.
I haven't rushed out and bought bigger easter eggs today. Not sure what the girls will think of their usual BOG2F eggs. But will be good to all be together.
I used my 'extra' money to set up a fund so the kids could be educated in whatever way suits them. I was lucky and had a good education...my dad didn't have one, and it was important to him that I did.......in the back of mind, I'm always trying not to let him down
Will Is a good idea, and it's good you agree. It can be a testy subject
My daughter recently, quite stinginglygave me a hard time for sending her older brother to a private school. I did so with army funding.....she would have had the same if a school for hearing impaired wasn't better for her, where she has absolutely thrived! more so than she could ever have done in a private setting......but she's a woman so she moans as standard

I was thinking earlier, well you made me think. We have similar inheritance situations. Im an only child and yes have benefitted from that (albeit from my parents dying young rather than being old parents) but I also have 3 kids to think about......one who will probably have care needs foreverit's a bloody hard thing to think about
You will have a FAB Easter
I was kept awake by thoughts like this on Monday night about my DS and what would happen to him if anything happened to me. It has made me look into getting a will drawn up detailing who I want to be his guardian if he's still a child because I know there will be a battle between my family and the outlaws over this.
I have arranged to meet my brother at the weekend to talk things through with him and give him a letter I've written and photocopied detailing my wishes, then arranging with him to come to a solicitor to write a proper will.
I also have to bring him up to date with DSes mental health issues and where we are at the moment with the trauma team and counsellors who have only just started to become involved because DS admitted to his school counsellor while I was in hospital in January that he felt suicidal. I've been a nervous wreck since being home, I hid all my meds, threw out all the knives, threw plastic bags out and got rid of anything else I thought he might use to harm himself. I've bearly let him out of my sight, I even worried when he went swimming with our youth group:o. Even now I've all my meds in my handbag 'just incase' but at the rate I'm going I'll need a bigger one soon. I know we're only at the start of a very long road but we'll get there.
