When I went into asda and used an apg coupon two days ago they assistant said they had to keep the receipt now. I objected and reluctantly she gave me it back after writing on it that I wanted it back (!). I emailed asda at the addresses on page 1 of this thread but have had no reply. Does anyone know how I can get through to asda via email please? Has anyone else had to leave their receipt with the assistant? I was under the impression that it is my property.

The Times and Top Cashback will honour the original offer you purchased and we have ensured that Top Cashback will credit your account with the £25 cashback in accordance to their standard payment policy.

Does this mean the £1 miraculously becomes £25 without paying for a second month?

    Good Afternoon :)

Been mums and back home now.

I am meeting mum tomorrow at Mr T's 10am going to be fun for me ;).

Mum saw an offer in a magazine for Galaxy Ace phone £12-50 a month for 24 months with free mins texts and internet. This was 14 months ago. She went and signed for this even though she was with o2. I know her contract had finished with o2 and told her to wait and I would get her a deal by ringing them when I was at hers. But no mum knew best and got phone with Mr T mobile.

Since then I have been :wall::shocked:   :mad: and many other smilies not on here :D Mum blames phone saying its stupid when I use phone nothing wrong with it.

Tomorrow she wants to know how much to buy out of contract , if they sell sim free phones . If buy out off contract not much less then £100 she still owes she going to buy a different phone and put Mr T sim in it . But I got to do talking for her. Mum one of these who butts in when I explaining to shop staff so going to be fun I got to remain calm with her as she keeps saying she is 82.

If it goes wrong it will be my fault as per usual :D

tweets have a :grouphug: you are an :A (sorry about the strange hug though) x

I haven't been this week but when I did last go the assistant offered me my receipt as before. Maybe they are changing the rules?

It does indeed - and I haven't sent any support tickets for this .

It looks like they have realised the damage being done to their reputations through their error.
