    Classic:T.

Not merely just a handy 'filler' - you've nicked my idea (without even being aware of it) (and that's meant in the nicest way, as great minds...) as I'm buying these but was waiting until tomorrow to ensure ensure ensure that the price was in the APG.

I also had a Bertolli on my shopping for today (vs Sains) - SEL on the Bertolli Light in my store said reduced price £1.00 but it scanned at £1.00:( so I changed my mind:D. Didn't desperately need it - already got a Vitalite (vs Waities) to last to July. I shouldn't worry about APG being for more than you paid - I often have that (after APGs). I paid about a fiver after APGs (well, I was stocking up on kitchen rolls:D) and got £8 back!

I shall be hammering the potatoes (going for a couple of bags of those as 5kg bags, which may be cheaper sometimes elsewhere, never last us once they are opened) and also some of the Shapes (going for Choc. versions though - not my favourites:( but better APG:)) if they are still operational tomorrow.

Thanks to the OP on the potatoes!:

Gets them down to about my price (about £1 for 2.5kg - it's been a lonnnnggg time since them:(:( and better than S/P at the moment - even though we did have 65p -10% for 2.5kg when white potatoes were on half price a few years back(:() at T - wish we could see those days again - I bet that's what's been keeping inflation up over the last couple of years:().

    I'll be roasting mine

Speaking of T, and everyone else no doubt, but turning to T, as well as the Edward Potatoes, the Savoy Cabbage is on vs T at 40p again. Also, loose cauliflower is a good one - for me it is anyway - 75p A vs 50p T:j.

One week it's Savoy Cabbage, then it's Green, now it's back to Savoy again:mad:. I feel they're just trying to trip us up (or rather their own shoppers, who shop in their stores) into getting the wrong ones;). Me, I'm swapping and switching cabbages each week at Mr A:rotfl:.

Offers quite short-dated apparently, due to go on only till 20/4 (unless T roll them over).

    do you use clicksnap?

    20p back on this

Just remembered as a filler I picked up a pack of 2 trolley tokens in SADA for £1, it doesn't compare & you're saving a quid + getting 2 reasonably important things

how do you save a quid?

and when you say "doesn't compare" I take it you mean it doesn't appear on the APG at all and so it's not a filler that counts as 1 of your 8 items?
