Witness Kevin Mabbutt took the picture before posting it on Facebook.
He said: "I just couldn't believe it. I can't understand how anyone could do something so horrible.
"I just had to get my smartphone out and snap a photo."
She could have MH issues or something - and he thought photographing and posting on FB was the decent thing to do. Makes him a bit of a tool IMO0 -

Not first thing I would think of doing taking someones photo. OH says maybe lady homeless with issues0 -

Agree..I think the last thing I would do if I saw someone urinating in the street is take a photo,no one of a sane mind would do that in broad daylight. I now feel bad for posting it here..was just shocked to see it xOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -
