I defaulted on bank acc in February 2008 - The default has just fallen off but I never made a single payment (wrong I know, but I just couldn't afford it)
Anyway I received a letter from this company demanding payment.
As the debt is over six years old and the default has dropped off can the original company go to a court to obtain a CCJ against me?
Thanks
