Discharged now :-) what's next

So finally 1 year done few n I'm discharged n I want to start rebuilding my credit etc so what steps do I need to take .. I have a copy if my credit report which shows all my debt as defaulted so dies it stay this way for 5 years or do I need to do anything to clean it up
