Shared Ownership 75% share with 10% deposit

I'm planning to buy a Shared property in east village (2012 olympics athelete village). With my savings, I can either purchase 75% share with 10% deposit or buy 50% share with 15% deposit.

I'm inclined to go for 75% share as I would be repaying more of my mortgage and not rent. However, there aren't many lenders who would do this. Only HSBC gave a vague response but most others declined.

Will be really helpful to know

1. Lenders who offer 90% LTV mortgages on new build SO flat. The deposit amount a tad more than £25000.00

2. General feedback on 50% share with 15% deposit vs 75% share with 10% deposit.

You will need to see a mortgage broker anyway so ask at that point.
