credit clean up/ico complaint

Hi i wrote to the company reporting incorrectly on my file 4th feb still nothing from them and no changes made to my file so i emailed my complaint to ICO on 28th march but still haven't heard from them either not even an automated email to say they have received my complaint is this normal ? or am i having kittens for no reason lol . hoping to apply for a mortgage in August so really want this all sorted asap . Thanks in advance for any replies/advice

They take a long long long long time to reply. often even to acknowledge your complaint. Not any where unusual as yet.
May also be worth contacting the FOS and starting things with them.

From the outset, the FOS will often agree to write a letter to the creditor outlining your complaint straight away. Receipt of such a letter often seems to get creditors moving...
