i have an idea for an app, but now dont have a clue how to go about doing anything with it.. i have no idea how to code or write scripts or any of that technical stuff. any ideas?

Welcome to the dilemma. I often suffer from the fact that other will simply steal your idea. Tensions apart there are someway you can protect your idea.
Now for the making of app, you have to find a developer who you can trust and set aside a budget ( Of course proportionate to the work) to get it done with a time span.

Finally make a visual presentation like flash cards and write down your whole idea and how you want it to work. When its on paper, understanding gets easier.
For finding a developer google is your friend but at the same time beware of the risk.
