adverse credit

Hi, im just wondering on wheres best for mortgages applications whilst having credit issues. I have 2 defaults one from 20/04/2010 £290 and one from 21/06/2011 £1195 which are both satisfied. I have 14k deposit and no other debts. many many thanks for any help.

    Sounds like im being biased but a broker.

    The lenders who would look at this are not on the high street. It will come down to the finer details as to whether there is a lender for it or not.

    Were not allowed to recommend specific brokers, personally i would say find a local broker but avoid estate agent based brokers like the plague.

    If you waited until the 22nd of june and assuming everything stacks up then yes.

    As ACG says you need to see a broker.

    Defaults won't stop it assuming everything else stacks up.
