I complained on facebook and today I received a voucher for £2.50 and an apology for the delay.

Hmph. I sent them a message on Facebook and they replied saying they'd looked in their database and couldn't find that I'd ever entered, and that all stock has been allocated so nothing for me. Promotions like this backfire when they mess up, and now what sounded like a good product is something I will never try.0
