Prize issue

I recently won a competition and was absolutely over the moon. The picture representing the prize was this one:



Now what would you expect to receive?
I assumed I'd get everything shown. I got most things but the dolls shown were missing, which if I'm honest were what I really wanted.

I've contacted them and been told I got a cushion instead, the cushion retails at £6 whereas the dolls are £12 each so not even a similar price. I hate sounding ungrateful but I really wanted those dolls!

I've mailed asking for a managers contact email but how would you proceed?

I can't find any terms for the competition at all as it was a twitter comp

I would have expected the dolls. As the picture clearly shows dolls, and the comp states "these goodies"

So, I'd proceed and say how disappointed you are that you didn't get the dolls.

I too would have expected the dolls. Especially when it says 'Game of Thrones' goodies...and pretty much everything else is just food! They're one of the few things GoT related!

I would send them another email, asking what happened to the two dolls in the pic?, and I would attach your screenshot to the email.

They're referring it back to the relevant team so we will see what happens.

Dont stop on at them until you get your stuff!!

Which obviously doesn't mention the dolls. With the terms and the screenshot contradicting that do I have a leg to stand on and what would you do?
