You can send money to friends for £1, so
Just got this in an email from Paypal:
Whether you need to split the bill, share a fare or chip in for a takeaway, it’s free to send money to friends and family online or on your mobile – using your debit card, bank account or PayPal balance. It’s easy, too. Forget bank details, cash points or secret codes – all you need is the PayPal app and their mobile number or email address.
Just Pay-A-Pal before 30 April 2014 and you could win up to £50,000. We’ll also draw 100 winners at random each week to get back the value of their transaction. So try it now and be in with a chance to win*.

Thanks
It's not actually for £50,000 as such from the T&C
“Grand Prize Draw”: 1 winner will be drawn at random following the end of the Promotion to have their largest debt paid off by PayPal, up to a maximum of £50,000 (the “Grand Prize”)
“Weekly Prize Draw”: 100 winners will be drawn at random following every week during the Promotional Period to win their person-to-person payment transaction value back, as long as the transaction value is greater than £1 and up to a maximum of £500
And
The entrant must provide any evidence reasonably requested by PayPal of their largest personal debt and PayPal shall have the right to disqualify the entry if this evidence is not provided or if the evidence is not sufficient within PayPal’s sole unlimited discretion. Debts which are not covered by the Promotion include but are not limited to debts incurred or entered into after 15 March 2014, debts incurred or entered into outside the United Kingdom, gambling debts, debts owed to family or friends, company debts or any debts related to items restricted by the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy or User Agreement. PayPal shall not be liable and be under no obligation to award the Grand Prize if it suspects fraud or a violation of its Acceptable Use Policy by an entrant.
So would it include a mortgage?Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

#1 - i dont see why it wouldnt be, same as any outstanding loan agreeement really
#2 - from the terms 7. .....Each entrant may be entered into any number of draws and as many times as the number of qualifying person-to-person payments they make during the Promotional Period
so i've added a link to the
