Santander fixed term coming to an end

Hi all,
My Santander fixed term mortgage is coming to an end in July and I'm speaking to a broker about it today.
In December I ported that mortgage across to a new property and took out an additional Santander mortgage.
Is there anything I should be aware of/ask the broker in this situation? Not done this before so want to make sure I'm getting the best deal!!!
Thanks in advance,
Tanya

Have you rung Santander to see what they'll offer. No point in remortgaging if the best cost option is the lender you are already with.0
