Hi there
I am renting and my landlady wants to sell the flat, I really would like to buy it from her. I do have a poor credit rating and was wondering can I still get a 100% mortgage or is there another way?

100% mortgages dont exist anymore.
If they did you would not get one with bad credit.
Minimum deposit is 5%, if you can get that together then let us know what bad credit you have and more importantly when it is dated and we can give you an idea of whether you stand a chance or not.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
