OOh self employed first time buyer so nervous

On tuesday we had an independent mortgage advisor take all our details and is going to do a credit search on us to make sure we're good to go and continue with the application process, then if we're ok, they'll be able to tell us how much we can borrow and we can then arrange to go look at houses! so excited,

We have at least £30,000 for a deposit, and hope to be able to borrow up to £160000 as we're looking at 3 bed houses, its a minefield out there! We've seen a few houses but that was before we had our end of year financial accounts as a ltd company - silly me rushing hehe!

luckily we're in council atm, so arent in a rush to leave, but the we hope to expand our buisiness.
Married in 2011. [STRIKE]buying[/STRIKE] bought our first house 2014 :beer::beer: :j
