Can a 32 year old claim overdue child maintenance from his dad??

Any recommended free-legal sites/companies I could approach?
I don't think I can even get his current address. I know it's very late in my life to start this but I don't like asking for help & also don't think he should get away with not paying anything.

How do you know he has not paid anything? Short answer is probably not unless there was a CSA case open and there are arrears.However this would be for the PWC to raise a claim (unless you are in Scotland).

Child Support is due to the parent with care...not the child.

Doesn't matter if they are, Child support has to be paid from pension income too.

If the former child is now 32, then surely any child maintenance would have been due 14 years ago or more - I think it is way too late to even think about chasing it now.
