prize not recieved, company ignoring me!

I recieved a phonecall from Slim Gum on 5th March to say I'd won in one of their competitions. The prize - an exercise trampoline. However I still haven't recieved it, I've left a message on their facebook wall, direct messaged them and left a comment on one of their most recent posts (over the last few days) I've not been rude of anything like that, but I've have no reply whatsoever from them.
Any advice?
What's the next step for me to take?

I'd give them a call, if I've seen the right page there is a contact number on their facebook page in their "about" section

Thanks guys and thanks for email address, they've replied already and said it was a mix up in the warehouse and prize has been dispatched today so just gotta wait and see if it turns up!
