I actually received a coupon in the post for one of these, but it would cost me more in petrol that it is worth. Still if I was in the area I wouldn't say no!0

I went into the Nottingham branch today, they do not have this offer on the kiosk, they also don't have the offer in store, in fact they discontinued the product 2 months ago and can't understand who would promote this offer when they don't even stock the product.0

Went to an Ikea store, tried the kiosk, asked four members of staff, no-one has a clue. Finally directed to customer services who also did not have a clue. Wasted visit.
Bought a nice meal in the restaurant whilst I was there, so ended up spending money rather than saving. Why someone put this offer up if it is not running?:beer:0 -
They get you in by saying only use it at one of their terminals in-store. They get you in, "Sorry, don't know about this, but buy something to make your trip worthwhile" Ikea have long been masters at cloaking their sales techniques. Probably why they place their stores in awkward to get areas. :cool:0

I got an e-mail and the offer was on in the Manchester store, however spent best part of an hour - tried to scan my card, said I had to re-register, keyed in all the details and it said the e-mail was already registered so waited at customer services for someone to help. Eventually (much later) got the printed coupon went round the store to find the said frying pan only to be told that they ran out at the weekend. Why did customer services not know this? I would have saved myself a wasted hour. This has happened twice to me in the last few weeks so I won't be going back in a hurry. What a shambles. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0
