I find when I enter these I get the 'technical issues' message the first time I enter. I enter again straightaway and it always goes through the second time.

daft question coming up - do I have to live in London to enter this ? :)
  • No, I'm pretty sure everyone enters all of them, sometimes you have to alter your location on the website to see them. The terms would have to state a postcode or geographic area if that was the case. If it's location specific it's usually noted :)

    Hi all

I used to receive this error message all the time until it was pointed out to me that this is due to the logging in process. You'll find that you will get the error by trying to log in to the site after having answered the question. The workaround is to log in before answering the question - the Sign In link is at the top right of the web page.

Other web sites also affected (that I've spotted so far) are capitalfm.com, capitalxtra.com and xfm.co.uk .

I hope this helps and good luck everyone.
