Just a heads up for anyone on CSA1 who has a child nearing the age of 16, make sure you ring up and ask for a re-assessment as the PWC no longer gets the carers element of the allowance for the child. BUT if you don't ring and ask for a reassessment nothing will change.

Hubby rang month before child's b'day. He rang again a couple of days before b'day and nothing had been actioned. As a result by the time it was done we paid an extra week at the full amount.

However it's well worth doing it, as our payments have reduced by 20% - the biggest reduction in the whole time we've been paying.
