Looking for a bit of advice on this one:
I went Bankrupt in April 2010 and this shows on my credit file however it also shows a trust deed starting in January 2010.
This is showing as two insolvencies however before I went bankrupt I tried to get a trust deed in January however Halifax refused so I went bankrupt.
Is this entry correct on my credit file or should it just show as bankrupt?
I paid the OR every month for 3 years from January 2010, and I'm in Scotland if that makes a difference.

I have the same problem as tried a trust deed first and this failed! Actually have 2 trust deeds ony file because my name was spelt wrong on the first one.0
