Stylist/Shortlist problems

Is anyone else having problems entering these comps. When I click on the 'enter the competition ' on the opening page nothing happens - cant get to the question or submission form. Have taken off ad blocker and the security and still nothing. Was able to enter on Firefox for a short time but even that no longer works. Have tried Chrome and IE but no joy

Can anyone help?

I was having a problem (using Chrome) until I completely disabled Avast on-line security.
If you have Avast AV you should see a small circular green symbol in the top right corner of the page, usually with a number attached (The number is the number of items being blocked).
For Shortlist/Stylist comps, if you right click on the symbol and select Manage from the drop down menu, it opens a tab showing the Chrome Extensions. Disable Avast online security. This then allows you to click on the Enter Competition tab for the comp.
After entering, re-enable the online security. (unless you don't want to)

I think this is the same thing that is giving some people problems with Real Deal's newer entry form.

Sadly, no.

Have tried thingamaBobs suggestion but no success. (Thanks for trying Bob)

All I get when I click on 'enter this competition' is a change on the address bar - '#step-1' is added to the address but nothing happens onscreen.

Must be something to do with my computer as noone else seems to be having problems
Weird because I have been entering them for ages with no problem

val I am still having problems tried all suggestions as well. had no probs with these comps until yesterday

Try clearing your cookies,see if that helps.

cookies and everything cleared just cant figure this one out
