Further advance on mortgage fees

Morning! I'm currently going through paperwork as I was told I could claim redemption fees on my previous mortgages. However I've come across a further advance and was charges £595 for 'application, assessment and completion costs' can I claim some of this back to? Any advice appreciated! Many thanks
