Bailiffs, what were they trying to get us to sign?

Have heard of bailiffs pulling a similar trick to get a walking possession signed. They obviously know the debt is nothing to do with you, but hope to bully money out of you anyway.Still rolling rolling rolling......

If they do reply please ensure that you insist on identifcation and authority. Although it has generally been the case that this should have been provided historically, new rules that were introduced on Sunday make it clearer than ever that this information *should* be provided.
Bailiffs sometimes try and seize goods belonging to third-parties. If you discover that they have tried to do this there is a process you can follow, we will be able to furtehr advise you if necessary.

Is there a way to find out who the bailiff was? Are there court records I could look at to find out who had the warrant issued?0

Next time bailiffs turn up, the first thing you should do is open your mobile phone and begin filming the conversation - get everything, ask for names, ID etc and get it all taped.
See how quickly they behave then. Lots of it on YouTube if you need proof.Spend what is left after saving. Don't save what is left after spending0 -

You are wasting your time with DVLA.
I keep getting VED renewal letters, for a previous tenant.
After the first couple, I emailed DVLA, and informed them the addressee is no longer resident at this address.
They replied, thanking me for the information, but then stated that only the RK can change the vehicle details record.0
