I know there are designer outlets in:
Serravalle - Italy
Barberino - Italy
Castel Romano - Italy
But my geography is rubbish and i don't actually know where abouts in italy those cities are

Hello Albert
There's another designer outlet in Tuscany between Incisa and Leccio called The Mall.
It's worth a visit but this time last year did not have a Hugo Boss outlet
