Ring your debt management company and ask for the information. It would technically be a subject access request but I think you can demand information to do with your creditors and they will have to supply it.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

If you are thinking of going self managed, many folk on the DMP mutual support thread recommend NEDCAB for a full package, they might have some info on their site to help you sort it out.
Good luck and well done for getting out of fee payingDebt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Hi vics
Just following on from others
If you are paying a fee of around £38 then this might suggest that you are making low payments into the plan perhaps around the £100 per month mark (I suggest this as some companies have a minimum fee scale).
If the above is the case then the fees might be argued as disproportionate to the amount distributed to creditors which no doubt you will be already aware.
Any extra money (instead of the fees) going to your creditors either by self managing or by using a free DMP provider is a no brainer for me but peoples circumstances and right to choose have to respected)
Info below from Citizens Advice Cabmoney on DMPs and self administering (self managing) including transfer facility with standard letters etc as mentioned by the previous poster.
My understanding is that a number of other individual CAB branches may soon be adopting this system having their own bureau name on the site, headings & letters etc
A lot more to come with the CAB system
Self Managing may not be for everyone however and the free DMP suppliers such as Stepchange may be able to assist including distributing payments to creditors.

Not knowing your full circumstances maybe you have other options other than a DMP so perhaps get full advice on other solutions
