Waiting on a phonecall from PayPlan - What are they like?

Waiting on a phonecall from PayPlan - payplan (dot) com

Have anybody got any stories? They look quite helpful on the website? I remember reading a thread about them a while ago and i think most of the stories were positive, I was just wondering if this is still the case?

I had a DMP plan with them from Dec 2005 to June 2013.

With their help I cleared approx £24k in debt in 90 months.

I found them easy to deal with and very understanding and more importantly very easily contactable.

If you go with them, they will set up an online account for you , which you access with your Payplan ID and your password.

The account lets you email them with any questions and letters you want to send them from your creditors, and they reply quickly.

Each year you need to complete a fresh Statement Of Affairs (online) and although it has to be accurate, it doesnt have to be 100% accurate, if you get my drift !.

The only thing you need to remember is that if you enter a DMP, Payplan cannot stop interest being charged on your debts, you have to do this yourself by contacting your creditors directly.

Congratulations on realizing you have a problem and you want to deal with it !.

    Good luck !.

Payplan saved me from the dire financial mess I found myself in and helped me turn my life around. They helped me tweak my Financial Statement to enable me to live my life rather than just exist. The online tool mentioned above is first rate and allows you to investigate variations on your income and outgoings.

They also do an insurance to cover your debts that comforts me in case I become redundant or, worse still, die - it means my creditors could not take the remaining debts from my estate.

    Good luck
