Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Entry and participation in the Voltimum Easter Egg Hunt 2014 shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the participant of these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition or the prizes form part of these Terms.

2. WHO CAN ENTER

2.1 Participants of the draw must be UK residents and (where applicable) have the permission of their employer to take part in the draw.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old, and if requested to do so, provide proof of age.

2.3 No purchase is necessary.

2.4 Voltimum employees, its manufacturing partners and other associated companies are not permitted to take part in the draw.

3 SPONSORS

3.1 The sponsors for the 2014 Easter Egg Hunt are, Crabtree, ECA, E-Klips, Electrical Industries Charity, Emergi-Lite, Legrand and Voltimum

4. PRIZES

4.1 There are 7 prizes.

4.2 Unless stated, prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize is the responsibility of the recipient.

4.3 The winner will receive prizes directly from the sponsoring Voltimum partner after the Game closes on the 25th April 2014.

4.4 All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Voltimum excludes all warranties in connection with the prize.

4.4 If a specified prize becomes unavailable, Voltimum may substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion.

4.5 Actual prizes may differ from those advertised on the Voltimum website.

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 Unless stated, there can be only one winner per Easter Egg.

5.2 A winner per Easter egg will be chosen at random after the closing date which is the 25th April 2014.

5.3 If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by Voltimum, then another winner will be chosen at random.

5.4 Winners of the draw will be contacted by Voltimum using the contact details provided when registering on the website. Please ensure that your personal details are up to date by checking / entering your details in the form provided whilst playing the game. Please make sure that you submit the correct phone number.

6. NO LIABILITY

6.1 Voltimum reserves the right to disqualify contestants from the Easter Egg Hunt game when deemed necessary. This may include: Contestant participating in the game using more than one user account.

6.2 Voltimum may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.3 If for any reason the Easter Egg Hunt game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Voltimum which affect the game, Voltimum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend thegame.

6.4 All decisions made by Voltimum are final.

is this definitely a daily as all the eggs are open and can be entered now?

You can open as many eggs as you like to play. Only one entry counts each day.

Is that one entry per egg or one only per day etc.

thanks for your question. You can enter all eggs at the same time and then you can play as many times as you want. Your name will be registered in a list every time you play. Therefore, the more you play the more chances you'll have to win a prize!

I don't think I worded my original post properly, I meant do you just enter one egg per day or all of them.

This is now in GO. I'm not sure it's finished as it let me enter today. I'm not sure though, as it might be that it is finished, but they haven't removed the app yet.

What do others think?

Obviously I haven't pmed a BG about this, as I'm not sure.
