Black bell peppers - ideas?

Options
I`ve got some (YS!) black bell peppers from Morrisons and now I`m wondering what to do with them. They look just like the others except for the colour, and I doubt there`s any real difference in taste, but I`m wondering what they look like when cooked, and if they`d sort of `discolour` other stuff, like rice for eg.
Has anyone used these, and got any tips please?

I've never seen one before. I just did a quick google and they seem to be the same. If you are worried about colour maybe add to a moussaka type dish (could use instead of aubergine?) or add to any tomato sauce. Red and green peppers don't seem to leak colour so maybe they'll be the same.

Thanks, that`s a good point. Aubergines don`t leak colour either, but I put some red onion in egg-fried rice once and it looked disgusting! (All I managed to find on google was seed ads!)

Thanks for that RAS - I think I`ll stuff them (rice/lamb/mint) tomorrow.

I've only ever seen lilac and white ones (and FYI they taste of absolutely nothing! So disappointed when I bought them at a farmers' market on holiday in LA :( I have never seen them in the UK though.)
