Hi,

I am trying to reach CCM (Capitalcm.co.uk) in order to settle an amount, however all the contact details I have for them do not work any more.

Phonenumbers just land at a recording and emails are returned as undeliverable.

Does anyone have any uptodate contact details for this organisation?

What was the latest address you did have for them?

Do they appear on your credit file and if so have you checked what contact address shows?

They are still claiming funds by DD , but no other contact details work.

Both directors of the company resigned last month. You may find your debt is sold on to a new company shortly.

You might want to hold off on any settlement for the time being, in fact you might want to cancel the DD and wait for them or another firm to contact you.

Thanks Tixy - Im only paying £5 per month should I just leave the DD running for the moment , or would you suggest to cancel it ?

You cancel it at your peril, i bet its been sold on as Tixy said and cancelling the DD will just make things worse.
