I had a telephone interview today for a customer service post; the questions were about motivation in work place and team work.
The second telephone interview will be the day after tomorrow, the interviewer told me it will be to discuss about the job. I am just thinking about possible questions they might ask me.
Any advice and tips will be appreciated.

Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.

Congratulations!
My last job before I took early retirement included first line customer services.
I found it helped to smile, be friendly, don't disagree (the customer is always right)- listen to their grievances and if you can't do something they want you to do, explain as far as you can why you cannot do it. (I found this last thing the most important thing of all. I worked in Town Planning (Enforcement) and quite often had to tell people e.g why we were not going to make their neighbour take their extension down. Once I had explained why this decision had been made they usually went away satified that their complaint had been taken seriously, even if not happy with the result).
If your job involves making return phone calls, or answering letters, always do so within the allotted time for your company (or before) - even if you don't have an answer for them, let them know you are still on the case.
Above all, be professional whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.
Hope this helps.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
My best advice would be too always consider your own experience. A lot of potential questions for customer care/call centre work look for specific examples of when you provided good service. It can be annoying but as long as you can come up with detailed answers whilst remaining confident and speaking with eloquence you should be fine.I had a telephone interview today for a customer service post; the questions were about motivation in work place and team work.

One more thing, do your research on the company!!!0
