I returned some jogging trousers today that I'd ordered online and was told by the sales asst that items ending in 99p cannot be refunded. I thought she meant because I'd only paid £4.99 instead of £15 but she said it's on everything that ends in 99 even if it's £20.99. Never heard of this before. Is she correct. Thanks

Yeah, never thought about the distance selling regs. She even asked a colleague to confirm and she also said yes.

Was your purchase from M&S Outlet? The terms & conditions say that Outlet items have to be returned by post and can't be processed in stores.
