Military Mortgage Broker???

Hi Guys
I am in the military and was wondering if anyone knows anything about mortgages using Armed Forces Help to Buy (AFHTB) (formally LSAP)
I get approximately £20000 deposit from the military and this can be used with the new Gov Help to Buy scheme( 5% deposit, 20% equity loan and 75% mortgage)
My question if anyone knows. Am I eligible for all mortgages or am I limited as I am using the military funds??
Any help would be appreciated

They have pulled LSAP but replaced it with something better!! Yep you heard it correctly. You now get a loan of 50% of your annual salary including specialist pay. Its now called Armed Forces Help to Buy (AFHTB)

Every day is a school day.
There is a broker who comes on here - although i havnt seen them for a while - for the life of me i cant think of their name. They do a lot of armed forces mortgages.
I have just read that back and its about as useful as a glass hammer. Maybe one of the other regulars will remember their name.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. For more details on the scheme, contact your local HTB Agent. They told me about the scheme back in January when it was first mooted.
The HCA has just changed its HTB Agents from 1/4, so make sure you get the up to date list.I am a mortgage broker. AFHTB can be used exactly the same as LSAP. The Homebuy agents will treat Military families as preferred buyers. You can use the full amount as deposit and it has guaranteed acceptance, subject to the mortgage being a min of 25% of the purchase price.I am an Independent Mortgage Adviser
