I really don't know how you men cope with man flu!! 
It's dreadful! This is the second time I've had it in quite a short space of time!
I can't cope with it! My very kind husband has taken himself and my son out For the day while I lay here feeling sorry myself! I have no energy to comp and as an end date comper it is stressing me right out!!! Agggghhhhh!!

I don't get flu!
I don't smoke or drink and I take multivitamins. Not sure if that is the reason why or if I am just lucky. My brother and my mother never get flu either ...thanks to all posters
