I'm interested in buying the Sassari's from Taylor's at $39.99. Can someone tell me how much the postage will be and if they are picked up by customs how much the tax will be. Also, how do I pay for them (never bought from America before), can I just use my credit card and is there likely to be charges involved?

reese - delivery is about $15 IIRC and tax - I paid £14 for three pairs - so about £4.50 a pair if they get caught - though one pair at a time is unlikely to be I think. You can pay via paypal which is the easiest way - straight from your bank account - no charges.

From memory its $15 for one pair and $20 for two, I've only ever ordered two at a time and never been charged tax. It seems now you need to go through the ordering process to get to the shipping charges but if you put in the code for freeshipping you will get $3.98 off.

I can't seem to get Mary Janes anywhere...in my size..and the colours I was thinking of..

What is the best colour from people's experience, mainly to be worn with jeans etc.

I was looking at pink, but some of the 'pink's I've seen are an odd peachy colour which I don't like that much.. It's difficult to know the true colour from a lot of the pictures..

Pulse looks nice..

What do people think?

UK 5.5...

So 6? Though someone told me the 5's fit 5.5 better.....

OMG. Went out, saw somewhere that sold Crocs and bought a cotton candy Cayman pair. Size 5. Big Mistake! This is why I don't impulse buy usually, they're too small with the strap behind my foot... It was the last size they had left, and salesman stressed this and my friend was all like "Just buy them" so I did.

Anyone wanna swap?

Can someone tell me what the sizing is like on the Sassari's. I'm normally size 5.5-6 in normal shoes. I have read on the Taylor's website that you should drop a shoe size in this style - can anyone confirm that the Sassari's are a generous size.
