I'm finally aout to order my floral crocs from Taylors :j . My mum has just phoned me and said that her friend from work is going to Florida next Tuesday for 3 weeks. He has told me to get them delivered to his hotel. I know a lot of you have done this. Is it best for me to order them using my credit card and his name and hotel details or is he best doing it all in his name? I know in the past I have bought things using my card but being delivered to a different name and address and the orders have been cancelled (once without even telling us!). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Email Taylors and explain what you are doing and you'll find them very helpful, they also take Paypal if you want to pay it that way, usually works out a pretty good rate, and you shouldn't have the problem of delivery to a different address as you can from your credit card billing address.

Taylors asked me for my date of arrival so they could put that on the parcel and as Lara says make sure that his name is on the parcel and not yours. I also emailed my hotel and told them I was expecting a delivery and that my date of arrival would be on the parcel.

Pleased to hear you are getting the ones you want :j

I also did that and got a reply saying no problem. Blundering idiots at the Sheraton! lol

I ordered my sister a pair for her birthday and they sent the wrong size which are too big. So I have a spare pair of light blue size 7/9 mammoths.

Anyone thinking about the pink -they are a beautiful pink!
  • Thanks for all your replies. My mum is seeing him tomorrow to get the address of the hotel so I will order them then.
  • I have to put my mammoths in the wash tomorrow as they are covered in mud! (Slipped on my backside while trying to escape through a fence in a carpark today..... long story!) What am I going to wear while they dry???????

    my "crocs"were £2.50 in bangkok
  • I've gone and done it.....bought a second pair of crocs in bright yellow!

Do I qualify as going down the route of being hooked?????

Am still waiting for the gold ones from net but not looking promising now after ordering them at Christmas. Maybe for the better though as that would be THREE pairs. I know I know, not many compared to some on here but gathering them up within 3 weeks is pretty obsessed in my eyes.

They are so so comfy....I (and the rest of the family) love them.
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

i'm wanting to get a pair of Sassari & i've found them at Cloggs for £30(5% off thru Quidco), but not available for delivery until 21.03.08.

i can't find them any cheaper in the uk, i know Taylors do them, but for just 1 pair, they would work out about the same price i think.

are cloggs ok? is there anywhere else you experts know of?

They are £31 inc delivery at Sweetfeetshoes, with 10% cashback from Quidco making them £27.90. Their delivery is really fast and I reckon if you ordered today you'd have them on Tuesday.
