    Thanks Bakerfa.

I cant find any Primas to try either.

I just need a full shoe thats not too bulky for work.

I've got 2 pairs of Caymans that I live in outside of work and am going to get some mary janes too.

I really like the shape of the Alices but maybe they would be too tight and because of the material they wont give at allconfused-smiley-013.gif

ooooooo, I dont know what to do.

mind you, not sure why I'm worrying about it. I cannot buy myself any until I sell some stuff on Ebay to pay for them redface.gifbiggrin.gif

I would consider my feet to be wide (fat and pretty ugly too...!) but the Alice fit just fine. They rubbed the sides of my little toes for a couple of days after I bought them, making me wish they had half a size bigger (I am UK size 5 or sometimes 6 and bought US 7).

HOWEVER, after a few days with plasters and thin socks on I can happily say they don't rub any more and are more fitted to the shape of my feet. Dunno if it makes any difference, but on my drive to work I put the heater on and blast it at my feet :) and pretend I am helping mould the plastic to the right shape. I have even machine washed them this week and they came up fine!
I think they are easier to wear than Primas because they have the strap, meaning you don't have to grip with your toes.
Mind you, I like being practically the only person in England wearing Crocs that aren't !!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for the tips on bargainous sites in this thread... i have some wellies and flip flops (bought nice and cheap in oz before they became big over here) but just got some caymans as a birthday present for a friend who's a midwife - i hope she sees past the ugliness to the comfort!
  • Hi All,

I placed an order with Taylors on 6th Sept. Just wondered how long these normally take to deliver... when I click on the link in the e mail I received its not showing a tracking number - yet they have charged my cc already...

Thanks for any advice.... and thanks for a great thread!

  • Good Evening Fellow Croc Fans !

I have recently ordered from Taylors and when I tracked my order (thanks to this thread) it says the following:

Upps = Status: Out of Foreign Customs

    Parcelfoce = National Hub

What does this mean ? Does this mean they have cleare customs? or could I still be charged?

Thanks for any advice... I am new to this importing business - and right now am still a crocs virgin... hopefully not for long tho x
