Mandatory Reconsideration

Hi, I'm going through a mandatory reconsideration as I worked out the CSA had allowed too much money for my ex's housing allowance.
It's been along time since I heard anything, so I called the CSA today and they basically told me that they made a phone call last week as they have not received what they have asked him for, and today is the cut off, they are giving him the benefit of the doubt to wait until Monday to see if the evidence has been sent, if not further action will be taken.
My question is where does it go from here? If he doesn't submit the information? As it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't.
Many thanks
Katie

The decision will either be confirmed or revised. You will receive written notification advising you if the outcome and what section you can take if you still disagree with the decision.0

Thanks, I was thinking more along the lines that my ex is going to have got himself Into trouble for not providing evidence he has been asked for.
I was wondering what will happen to him?0 -
Nothing will happen to him, the decision will be made on the basis of the information available to the DM.0
