Official receiver advice

I posted a little while ago with queries about the bankruptcy process. I have now been declared bankrupt and received my paperwork. I got my letter from the official receiver today, asking for me to send them my bank and credit card statements from the last 12 months. However, I am having a little trouble getting them all together in the time period that they have stated. My question is, should I just send the official receiver what I have managed to get hold of? For most of them, I have managed to obtain statements from about 6 months ago.

Hiya vic7, yes that's fine, send what statements you can, the OR will obtain others is needed.
Best wishes

Yes....or...give them a call, explain the statements are a bit elusive..it isn't an issue for the Receiver's Office...they mainly want the numbers/names/bank, etc but they contact the account issuers anyway.....
{ I never sent any!]No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
Hi - I'm not sure why the process requires almost impossible timescales at the beginning. I had more paperwork than would not fit in the envelope they provided and as the IS office was only round the corner from where I work - I just delivered them by hand to the OR's office so had a few extra days (that it would have taken in postage time) to get what I needed together. Don't know if that help any? As ifwishes says, the OR can get them from the bank anyway.0

I had a face to face interview with my OR's office....decided to be clever & collect everything into a ring binder file problem was the only one I could find at the last minute was covered in Hello Kitty!! made the interview a lot lighter for sure :rotfl::rotfl:Not quite a newbie as you think
