Tax on website rental

in Cutting tax
I've been asked to rent my website name to a company on an ongoing basis for £10k per year. I already pay a small amount of tax at higher rate as an individual. I haven't got a company but if required could set one up.
As I am renting / leasing a website to someone, this could actually be me providing a service that allows them to use a site, or me directly renting the site.
I've tried searching, but can't find anyone online that's really discussed this, but what taxes will be payable and what's the best way to minimise the tax payable on this sum?
