Speeding up online surveys

I've finally done enough online surveys to earn an Amazon voucher, but they can be very tedious. Has anyone got any tips for making the process less painful?
I fill in all surveys truthfully and do not wish to abuse the system - I just want to get through the dull "how old are you", "where do you live?" questions faster. I think it might be possible to automate the ones that turn up at the start of a survey every time, perhaps with Javascript or some other browser plugin.
