TryingToPay
Hi all,
I need some advice. CFO have cleaned out my account today leaving me with precisely nothing until the last day of April
I have phoned them and they are less than helpful.....
Is there anything I can do to retrieve this money?
I had forgotten about the CPA :-(
I do WANT to pay them...just not my entire salary in one hit.
Please help!!

Go to the bank and demand they charge it back. It was unauthorised - end of story. Dont let the bank brush you off.
And whilst they are at it, they can cancel that CPA with immediate effect.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

Thanks for the reply FireWyrm.
I have reported it to my bank. Are they obliged to get the money back for me? I'm a bag of nerves!! They really have left me with nothing.0 -

It is an unauthorised payment if you say it is. Get them to cancel that CPA and refund the money immediately. Dont take no for an answer.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
