I think there is an issue with the submission of chat puzzles. I've just gone to enter issue 15 and found that issues 13 and 14 that i had already entered are still there.
I've tried re-entering for both these and it let me but didn't have any question/special offers just a submit answers button. It says my answers have been received but when i go back the issue is still there and still lets me enter again. I've sent chat an e-mail about this to see if my answers have been recorded.

why would they not be there, as long as I have been doing chat puzzles there has always been the list of current mags regardless of whih i have entered. There is always confirmation of my entry and I log the ones that i have done.

I think before they changed the website (I much preferred the old one) if you had entered previous weeks comps they would not show up once you had logged in.

With the new website it always shows all the available mags irrespective of whether you have entered or not.

I too have had problems not getting confirmation of entry so I emailed them and they did confirm my entries had been going through.

Hate the new site, it is sooooo spammy.
