Nationwide - Phone number

Hi,

I received a letter to say I've overpaid my nationwide account and can I call do arrange refund and close account, they had frozen the account and I had been paying the debt off.

Can't find the letter anywhere! Can anyone help with the number to call? It wasn't their usual number it was a 9-5pm department that dealt with debts etc.

Ring nationwide on the main customer services number and describe your issue. I'm sure they'll be able to either transfer you or point you in the right direction.
