Has anyone got any experience of dealing with this company I have received a letter from them today regarding a capital one debt that was passed to Arrow Global Guernsey ltd. I went through a stage of burying my head in the sand but i'm now paying off all my debts by monthly installments.
I was not including this one in my repayment plan as I would not be able to pay this in full by September as this debt is SB on the 19th sept this year, AG got a CCJ on 19th dec 2012 and I have had no communication from them since until now.
My current situation is :-
Paying all debts off that are not due to be SB
I work in security so on a 0 hour contract (as most work in this field is)
I don't own my property or have a car
So what is the worst thing that a county court bailiff could do?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

You know that this debt will never become statute barred?
Having a bailiff come out would incur additional costs. If you don't let them in your property, and they are unable to gain access then they can actually do very little.
If you write back with a payment proposal that may well prevent bailiffs being instructed and save you the associated costs and hassle.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thank you Tixy,
I wasn't aware of the SB exception but looked it up.
Shame I had too much going on at the time of the CCJ application will look at making some payment terms with them in the next month.[strike]Debt 1 £50.70[/strike]Paid:D
