Can you freeze cooked sliced ham?

I often freeze the wafer thin stuff in whole packs. The way it's packed means you can break lumps off really easily (not guaranteed to get whole slices though). You can also slice it into thin strips while still frozen and chuck it into stirfries, carbonara etc. I often posh up those 'Pasta Choice' type packet meals with it, and a bit of frozen spinach - makes a main evening meal for about 80p if you use an own brand one. I find freezing can change the texture a little with some hams but makes no difference if you're cooking with it.
Not advocating that anyone else do this but I am often still eating ham three weeks after opening the packet (I do keep my fridge extremely cold though)Don’t try to keep up with the Jones’s. They are broke!0 -
I frequently do a pasta bake or cauliflower/broccoli bake with ham in and freeze. If you didn't like the idea of using the frozen slices in sandwiches etc. You could just use the extras in that type of meal similar to Evil Olive but I freeze the whole meal rather than the ham to add later,0
