Won prize but never got it.

It was for a £20 Tesco gift card, It turns out other people have won and not got there prize. We have emailed and they have come back bounced and the phone number is dead. The person did come back online saying a family member had past away so i put not getting the prize down to that. I messaged them and said if it was easy for them to send a amazon voucher to which they agreed, He sends the details and then says the card never worked. Now i am not getting any reply's to my tweets or messages on twitter. It only takes 2 minutes to reply to a message. Guess i have been burned.

Got this message, "I have gave prizes to everyone that entered out comps"

I have contacted one other winner and they have not got there prize. Seems like i have been done is there anyway i can complain and take it further?

There is a company that you can complain to-advertising standards agency (http://www.asa.org.uk/), someone kept pretending they had sent my prize every week for months but were obviously lying, so complained to these people and my prize turned up a week later! Worth doing
